  Sure! Although most of our affiliates promote our brands through online channels, we are open to all vehicles of advertising. For example, some marketers only focus on email campaigns without a website while others concentrate on offline marketing. When registering, simply let us know which channels you intend to use so we can adequately understand the type of tools and support to offer you.

• If I have more than one website, should I open up separate accounts for each?

  No. There is no need to open more than one iAffiliates account. Regardless of how many campaigns you have, you will be able to track each channel's performance individually, all under one account.

• What are sub-affiliates?

  Every time you bring another affiliate marketer to join us through your own advertising links, you'll be able to earn a percentage of their profits. Bring in your friends through the tracking links provided to you in the marketing tools section, and their performance will automatically be tracked to your account. They profit, you profit.

• How is my income calculated?

  As an affiliate marketer with us, you have a choice between payment plans. You can read more about our different payment plans here. All income is calculated monthly based on the affiliate marketer’s performance and calculated according to the payment plan that he or she has subscribed to. Affiliate marketers can track their performance and earning in real-time through the easy-to-use reporting system offered by iAffiliates.

• Are there marketing tactics you don't support?

  Yes. At iAffiliates, we do not allow the use of any advertising methods that are commonly referred to as "scumware", etc. We uphold a strict policy against this type of advertising. Any affiliate who uses these methods will be banned from our program and iAffiliates reserves the right to take legal action against any affiliate who uses these methods to promote our brands (as stated in the terms and conditions). If you become aware of this type of abuse, we do encourage that you contact us with information.

• How often do I receive payment?

  Payments are sent out once a month. We offer the option to get paid via a large selection of payment methods for your convenience. We also offer two monthly payment runs which means if you miss your monthly payment on the 10th of each month, (if you forgot to request your payment on time or if you didn't meet the minimum amount for cash out), you can benefit from a second run on the 20th of each month. These will be processes on the next available working day should those dates fall on the weekend.

• What does it cost to be an iAffiliates member?

  Joining iAffiliates is completely free! It costs nothing to become an affiliate marketer with us, access all of our promotional marketing materials and earn revenues with us! You get paid on performance; there are no fees whatsoever. It’s as simple as that.

• How many brands can I promote?

  All brands that we offer are at your disposal as our partner. This includes all of our current brands and any brands that we may add in the future.

• How much can I earn?

  There is no limit to the amount of revenue you can earn. The more effort you put in to sending quality traffic our way, the more you'll earn. The sky is the limit!

• How secure is my information with iAffiliates?

  At iAffiliates, we use industry standard encryption technology (128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL)) which protects all your personal information including all payment information and personal account information. This is the highest level of internet security technology specified by all major financial institutions.

• How can I change my account details?

  If for whatever reason you need to change any of your personal account details, you can do so once you have logged in to your iAffiliates account. Then, simply click on the "Modify Account" tab, change any necessary information and when you're done click "Update Info" at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
